I usually make a pound of sloppy joe meat and use the first half on buns and the next day I’ll make a sloppy joe loaded baked potato. I don’t think there’s a meal with a better easy to delicious ratio. At least that I’m capable of making.

Yeah, they’re great! I like doing them as sliders using dinner rolls. The trick is to only cut the brrad 90% through so it holds everything in better, and start eating on the open side. Non-sloppy Joe.
